Family Training on AD/HD

A seven session, interactive, educational program for women and mothers of children with AD/HD

Have you been searching for a reliable source of information about AD/HD? Looking for help on how to manage the issues related to the disorder?

The ability of parents to help their children navigate the hardships associated with AD/HD is STRONGLY linked to the parents understanding of AD/HD.

Parent-to-Parent: Family Training on AD/HD allows family members to become experts in the management of AD/HD.

Classes are taught by teachers that have been trained and certified by Chadd

Our classes are sensitive to the needs of the Jewish community and the Yeshiva/Bais Yaakov/Day School school systems. Classes are for women only.

    Class Information

Wednesday Evenings :: January 14th February 25th 2009, 8:00 – 10:00 PM
UCS Offices :: 1575 50th Street, Brooklyn NY


Fees: CHADD Members: $100. Non-Members: $145 – includes CHADD membership fee, “The CHADD Information and Resource Guide: A 150+ page guide to life with AD/HD” ($34.95 value), a subscription to Attention! magazine, and other CHADD membership benefits. The class fee includes a class manual which contains articles, information and valuable resources about AD/HD.

Class size is limited. To reserve your placement and to insure that your manual arrives before the first class, please return your application and class fee of $100/$145 by December 28, 2008 to ADAPT, P.O.B. 300888, Brooklyn, NY 11230. We will contact you to confirm your registration.
