The Diamond Summer Program


The Diamond Summer Program is a summer program for AD/HD and other behavioral disorders, Formerly Simcha Special Day Camp, the Diamond Summer Program is an 8 week program for boys ages 6-12.
~ Research-based behavior modification treatment designed by Dr. William Pelham Jr. : the only camp utilizing this model that is sensitive to the Jewish community
~ A 2:1 camper to counselor ratio, with mature college-age counselors
~ Intensive staff training both before and during the summer season
~ Located in a mainstream summer camp
~ Research based parent training
~ Psychologist and Social Worker on staff at all times
The Diamond Summer Program is directed by Yitzy Goldberg, MS and Yossi Feintuch, LMSW. Yitzy Goldberg is a school psychologist, the director of the Rabenstein Learning Center, and the middle school principal at Yeshiva Darchei Torah. Yossi Feintuch is a social worker and a high school principal at Priority-1.

CHADD Summer Camp Award Fund for Children with AD/HD

CHADD, in participation with McNeil Pediatrics, is delighted to announce the continuation of the Summer Camp Award Fund for children with AD/HD. The program, open to children of CHADD members only, is designed to help parents or guardians afford the expenses associated with attendance at specialty summer camps. Awards, up to $8,000 each, are payable directly to the selected camp for tuition and fees and to the parent or guardian for related expenses.
